"Members considered that monitoring should be regular and effective to ensure the concerns of residents were addressed. This would be undertaken by the Council, including the biodiversity officer, and the developer. Also, the Countryside Council for Wales would monitor the process." Granted, subject to an appropriate and effective programme being utilised to monitor the implementation of the method statement. 06/0169 - Partial Discharge of Conditions 09 and 10 to 00/0768.
