Refers to applications 07/0798 and 07/0820 by Atkins Limited for planning permission to carry out partial discharge of Condition 10 (route of construction) and Condition 06 (contamination remediation) of planning permission 00/0768 for erection of replacement school and residential development. This seems strange because it would appear that planning permission 00/0768 expired in October 2003.
