Newport council failed to screen Application 24/0640 under the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations. The planning control documents fail to show that: 1) Newport council sought the advice of Statutory Consultees, including the Authority’s environmental health department (as recommended by NRW on 21 August 2024). 2) Applicable Site Notices were posted, and Press Notices were published.
